Meet our Team

We are a highly motivated team with a proven track record of successfully implemented projects. We are adept problem-solvers and pride ourselves on our ability to develop creative solutions to the problems that we encounter on our projects. Our team also operates with the utmost integrity and character in all of the situations we are faced with. Maintaining an alliance of trust with our clients is of absolute importance to us. The team at KRĀV WIRELESS has been involved in the successful deployment and turn up of over 1,700 Modification projects over the past three years. We have established ourselves as a go-to resource for challenging initiatives that require acute attention to detail and superb focus.

Jason Day

Chief Executive Officer

Jason Day started in the electrical field when he was 15 years old at a family-owned company. He has worked in the construction field all his life with most of that time in the electrical field in many different areas, including residential, commercial, and telecom. Jason earned his electrical certification when he was 27 years old and started working in Project Management. Jason says, “I love what I do, and I am very passionate about the work I am involved in.”

Jeff Dorman

Chief Marketing Officer

Jeff Dorman is the founder and Sr. PM at KRĀV Wireless. He is primarily focused on the Vision of KRĀV Wireless and moves forward the business development and administration needed to make it a reality. Jeff has 14 years of experience in the wireless industry, starting with a small company in 2007. He quickly developed his skills to lead and became a trusted Project Manager for the company. In 2015, he became a SOW contractor for Verizon Wireless. After his contract term ended, he launched his own company JKC Wireless which transitioned into KRĀV Wireless. His expertise in Fiber, DAS, CRAN, Small Cell, and Macro Modification projects have lent to the growth and success of KRĀV Wireless today.

Spencer Tyler

Chief Financial Officer

Spencer Tyler started in the wireless industry in 2013 as a field technician. While only in the industry for seven years, his experience goes back to 2005 with amateur radio, where he first discovered his enjoyment of the world of RF. Spencer worked for a small firm in Spokane, WA, for five years, where he developed further skills in RF design and optimization of systems. He has been managing projects with KRĀV for three years now and is currently focused on Macro Modifications. His experience includes DAS design, installation and optimization, Fiber ISP & OSP, and Macro Modifications.

Foster Fretland

Chief Operations Officer

I was lucky to have fallen into the wireless industry back in 2018. I began my career at the general contractor level that allowed me to be involved with a wide range of projects in various roles, including Small Cells, Macro Mods, Macro New Builds, Tower Mods, and many various smaller scopes as well. This helped fast-track my learning and allowed me to grow. I am thankful to be able to bring that knowledge to the KRAV team and help support our customers in whatever capacity.
